The Truth Is One: The Gospel of Jesus Christ

A person who is sincere, who "hungers and thirsts after righteousness," searches the world we live in for the truth. Certainly, the "whole world lieth in wickedness" and people are "deceiving, and being deceived." "There is none righteous, no, not one. There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good" (Romans 3:10-12).
In such a world, everyone searches for the truth. The truth always is one and is often somewhat bitter for people who trample over their own interests. There exist theories, books and booklets that put forth many opinions and various philosophies from individuals possessing considerably distinct knowledge. Initially, such things are all welcomed with enthusiasm but are very quickly forgotten and become a simple remembrance with conventional routines. For us we state the truth straightway: the truth is one. It is the gospel of Jesus Christ, the New Testament.
The Gospel is not just the only truth but is the absolute truth. All books contain truths but are not the only truth. Gold filings exist. Likewise, there are many gold-plated pieces of jewelry but they are not solid gold. Squash quiche (a tasty Greek dish), has several bits of cheese in it but it is not cheese but squash.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is all-solid gold. It is all true and declares the absolute truth. Therefore we cannot add absolutely anything to the Gospel of Jesus Christ nor amend It or remove from It.
For as many churches who seek to be blessed and seek to succeed with a corrected Gospel according to their measure, resemble people that purchased a perfect watch yet with a small screwdriver attempted to remove a few parts in order to repair others. What they do is so irrational that with their own bylaws they revise the complete truth of the Gospel in adding, subtracting and modifying the Gospel's truth.
The Gospel of Christ is not a theoretical book but a pragmatic one that leads man unto complete happiness and success and aligns man with life giving meaning to his existence.
It is called the Gospel because it brings glad tidings to man. This is what eu-aggelio means. A good (eu), announcement (aggelio). "The Gospel [eu-aggelio (in the original Greek text)] of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth" (Romans 1:15).
He who reads the New Testament and believes on the Word of Christ, feels power within and goes on from good to better. It is out of the question for him who follows the Gospel to fail in his life. Through the Gospel, the complete truth is revealed concerning God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, our soul, our body, our present and future time, our Salvation, our healing and all matters of our life that concern us presently and in the future.
We should not search to find the truth in other books nor in other fountains and various religions.
